2. What the service provides

Upwork Alerts helps freelancers monitor Upwork job listings, filter opportunities, and receive notifications through supported channels.

We may add, remove, or improve features over time as part of normal product development.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information reasonably up to date.

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You may not share your account in a way that compromises security or fair use.

Payments may be processed by third-party billing providers such as Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Where a refund is required by law, those legal rights will apply in addition to this policy.
